'If I could bottle up Expert Fitness and take it home with me to the U.S., I'd  do it in a heartbeat.  I've been to many gyms, personal trainers and exercise programs, but without a doubt, your studio has been my favorite and my most successful experience. Why?  First of all, personal attention. Classes are small, so while I had the fun of working with other trainees, each of us got all the attention we needed.  Second, (although probably first in importance to me,) my trainer was amazing!  Chantel was always encouraging, but always made me work beyond my capacity .Every personal training day there were new activities, different equipment, a unique challenge that made the experience interesting.  We did everything from rowing, to weights, to spinning, to jogging  around Henley.It amazed me that she knew so many different exercises, as well as different levels of effort for each one. She took account of my specific goals, and worked diligently to help me achieve them. I never wanted to miss a single session.  In addition to Chantel, the other staff members of Expert Fitness were also caring, personal and friendly.  I also was excited to finally start Yoga and Pilates classes that started at my level and helped me to advance at my own pace.
